Grandma Viola's Ricotta Cheesecake
My grandmother made this cheesecake every year for Easter until we begged her to make it for more holidays and by the time I was in college she made it all the time. It is a delicate cheesecake made with mascarpone, ricotta cheese, and a hint of lemon. Please order by 11pm on Thursday to pick up on Friday.
