Multi Grain Sprouted Bread
This specialty loaf of wood oven bread is made with house-sprouted flour. Andrew sprouts local Wheat, Spelt, Farro, Buckwheat, Rye, Quinoa, and oats, then mills them into flour. Also, he adds them as cooked porridge for a most delicious loaf of bread.
