This week's bread is the Seven Seed Bread. This dramatic bread is packed with more seeds than necessary until you take your first bite. It then becomes painfully apparent that all the seeds are essential to make this bread better than all seeded loaves you have tasted. The star players are sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, nigella, flax, and hemp. The breads are baked every Friday in our wood oven; you can pick them up either Friday or Saturday.
