Picture coming soon! This is the same arugula we served at the restaurant. It serves two people for an appetizer or one meal salad. It is made with local arugula from Butter Valley harvest that is topped with roasted sweet potatoes tossed with red onions, barley, Gorgonzola and walnuts. The sweet potatoes mixture and dressings come on the side. It comes with garlic oil and a balsamic reduction that you pour over the salad.
