Grandma Viola's Ricotta Cheesecake
My grandmother made this cheesecake every year for Easter until we begged her to make it for more holidays and by the time I was in college she made it all the time. It is a delicate cheesecake made with mascarpone, ricotta cheese and a hint of lemon.
For Easter we are baking 8" round cheese cakes that serve 6-9 people.
Pickups: Fridays 3pm-6:30pm and Saturdays 12pm-4pm.
