We are pizza lovers, dedicated to crafting the best wood-fired and Detroit-style pizzas possible. Pizza is only as good as its crust, and our crust has 4 simple ingredients: flour, water, salt & yeast. It's fermented for 48 hours to develop a sweetness and depth of flavor. Our Neapolitan pizzas are cooked in an Italian wood-fired oven that reaches temperatures of 850 degrees, cooking your pizza in about three minutes. We use local produce and meat to craft the most delicious pizza you have ever tasted, while supporting our local food economy.

WOOD OVEN FROZEN PIZZAWe came up with a special frozen pizza dough that is delicious right out of your freezer. We bake the frozen pizzas in our wood oven by hand, freeze and vacuum seal for the ultimate frozen pizza.
